Full review of DRIFT Beach Dubai

After a full day at DRIFT Beach Dubai we can honestly say that this is one of the best beach clubs in Dubai. Maybe “the” best! Read all about our visit here.

DRIFT Beach Dubai is located at the super luxurious and classic hotel One&Only Royal Mirage. Equipped with a big swimming pool, a private beach, sun loungers, cabanas and a great restaurant. This beach clubs have it all. And on top of all these fantastic things, it’s the atmosphere that makes it stand out among all the other beach clubs in this city.

ENVIRONMENT

The décor and feeling of DRIFT Beach Dubai is as perfect as it can be (in our opinion). Every little detail is well thought of. All the way from the placements of the cabanas to the swimming pool layout. You’ll find a wide range of different seats here. Regular sun loungers by the pool, two-seat cabanas on “tier 2 and 3”, private beach cabanas, plus that all these seats are also available closer to the beach. In other words, there are a lot of seats available here. The big swimming pool and frame which you can see the Dubai skyline through is the flagship of DRIFT. A very popular place for pictures. There’s also a small privet beach available for all the guests. Soft white sand and warm water.

VIBE AND SERVICE

DRIFT Beach Dubai have an awesome vibe. A sophisticated and chilled atmosphere surrounds the whole place. Not like the classic party beach clubs like Nikki Beach and similar where people are drunk and party every minute. This is more of a place where you can relax, enjoy the views, eat great food and get fantastic service. Speaking of service, the staff working here are very attentive and always with a smile. I would also smile the whole day if I had DRIFT Beach Club as my office space.

DRINKS AND FOOD

The DRIFT Restaurant – which is perfect for a long lunch – is located on the right side of the beach club. Here you’ll find both outdoor and indoor seats. The indoor seats are still “outside” but with a roof over your head and some fans that will cool you off during the warmer days. Under the artful direction of Chef de Cuisine Maxime Le Van, DRIFT Restaurant showcases an innovative take on classic Provençal cuisine. An emphasis on the finest organic ingredients. The chef decided the menu for us so we could try a little of everything. And boy did it taste well. And boy did we get a lot of food. We even had to turn down the dessert because we were so full. CONCLUSION

DRIFT Beach Dubai is truly one of the best beach clubs we’ve ever visited. And by far the best in Dubai. The atmosphere, food, environment and service were all top notch. We couldn’t find one single thing that didn’t please us here. Book your sun lounger or cabana in advance and we can promise that you will have one of your best days of the year.
